Marsh Marigold by Diane Daulton

Are you an artist who enjoys recreating Wisconsin’s beautiful landscapes and wildlife in paintings or drawings, a photographer who captures natural beauty through a camera lens, or a poet who paints pictures with words? You are in the right place!

We want to celebrate the creative talents of the WGF community and beyond. We recognize how art can explore issues, reach our hearts, and celebrate our human relationships to the natural world.

WGF is looking for submissions of Wisconsin-based and nature-based artwork and writing that could be included in future editions of our newsletters, social media, reports, keepsakes for our members, etc. (with credit to the creators of the work, of course). We want Wisconsin landscapes, plants, animals, people of all ages and backgrounds enjoying the outdoors, and more!

Because WGF has a Wisconsin focus, work with a strong relationship to Wisconsin or that highlights broader issues that affect the state, will be the best fit for us. Submissions are welcome throughout the year.

We define “art” broadly here, and welcome your photography, illustrations, paintings, poems, short essays, video clips, audio, and more. As an organization, we’re exploring more multimedia opportunities to communicate the stories of conservation and our communities. Thank you for your support!
