Memberships and donations to Wisconsin’s Green Fire: Voices for Conservation support the conservation legacy of Wisconsin by promoting science-based management of Wisconsin’s natural resources.
Formed in 2017, Wisconsin’s Green Fire is an independent, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Memberships and donations are tax deductible as provided by law.
We provide information to decision makers, the media, and the public based on science and our professional experience in natural resource management. Most of our work is accomplished by active members engaged in technical work groups, the board of directors, and organizational committees.
Your support is vital! Membership is open to all individuals and families who support our mission. Members elect the board of directors and vote on other matters brought to membership.
If you want to be actively involved in our work, please indicate your interest and background on the membership form.
We welcome and appreciate donations from organizations, but do not offer organization memberships.

Your support of Wisconsin’s Green Fire can take many forms including:
- Direct contributions via checks or secure credit cards (see below)
- Planned monthly giving
- Making a Qualified Charitable Distribution from an IRA
- Gifts of stocks, bonds or other appreciated securities
- Gifts of real estate or other assets
- Identifying Wisconsin’s Green Fire in your estate plans
