George Kraft
George J Kraft is a decorated hydrologist with over 40 years experience in conducting groundwater investigations and research; advising on Wisconsin groundwater policy; assessing the impacts of uncontrolled and unmanaged high capacity well pumping on lakes, streams, and wetlands; and evaluating agricultural nitrate and pesticide pollution. He is currently a consulting hydrologist and public educator. Previously he was a Professor of Water Resources and Director of the Center for Watershed Science and Education at UW-Extension and UW-Stevens Point.
