Loretha Jack

Loretha is the ACP Work Group Co-Chair. She is a recent graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where she majored in Biological Sciences and Conservation and Environmental Science. Her research has focused on the ecology of aquatic plant and phytoplankton communities, as well as the evolutionary biology of terrestrial flowering plants. She has been involved with WGF since attending the 2019 annual meeting, where she and other students gave their perspective on how to include more students and emerging scientists in the organization. Along with serving as the ACP Work Group chair, Loretha has also been involved in wetland policy and protection with the Public Trust Doctrine and Wetlands Work Group.
