We work to advance science-based information and analysis to address Wisconsin’s greatest conservation challenges. We help state and local policymakers, agencies, and concerned citizens understand and address complex issues. Some of our top priorities include climate change, biodiversity, clean water, and advancing opportunities for young people in conservation.
Together, we hold centuries of experience in natural resource management, environmental policy and law, education, and scientific research. Our deep bench of experts makes Wisconsin's Green Fire a go-to organization for trusted information based on science. We are always learning and growing.
We are dedicated to the principle that all people and groups have the right to clean water, clean air, healthy natural ecosystems, outdoor recreation, and land managed sustainably.
